Halls Head Inter-House Swimming Carnival 2024
A glorious sun filled day awaited our students when they arrived at the MARC for their annual Inter-House Swimming Carnival. The Year 6 students got us off to a very fast start with their impressive Freestyle, setting the scene for the students from Years 3-5 who were cheering them on. As each year level competed in their various events, nerves were converted to excitement. This was most evident in our novelty races; they were a highlight for many.
A big thank you to the parents who helped with various jobs throughout the day and for those brave enough to take on the Teachers, Mrs Gray and our Student Leaders in the annual Flamingo race. Although competition was tight during the day, sportsmanship and comradery reigned supreme. The results were as follows:
