Halls Head Campus Schools Tree Day Planting

Last week, the Halls Head Campus took part in a tree planting exercise to celebrate Schools Tree Day and National Tree Day.
The younger students from Kindergarten to Year 2 paired up with their buddies in Years 3 to 6, and each buddy group planted a range of trees in the bush area next to the parent car park.
This area will become a wonderful addition to Bush Investigations, and the students will be able to watch the trees they have planted grow and flourish over the next few years.
The Halls Head students had so much fun getting their hands dirty and exploring this new area, while planting trees to acknowledge this very important day of the year.
