Congratulations to Year 8 student, Sam Crutchett, who recently won the baseball intermediate league state championships. Mrs Jenny Crutchett, Sam's mum and Head of Arts at Frederick Irwin Anglican School, was the Assistant Coach for the team.
Sam pitched in the grand final game and got 17 of the 21 outs.
Sam and his team have won the right to travel to the national championships in Lismore in May.
