A Message from Deputy Head of Meadow Springs Primary Campus
We're off to a good start here at Meadow Springs. We welcomed our new students, who I must say have settled in quickly. I am pleased to share the behaviour and manners around the school has been excellent, we are very proud of them.
Last week we commissioned our House Captains for 2024 and we have our first Worship Assembly with our Year 6s leading. Our teachers are excited with what they have planned for our students this year, and incursions have already begun. This week we had St. John's working with our students on first aid.
We have lots to look forward to including Year 3-6 swimming lessons, our famous Inter-House Swimming event, Year 5 camp, our student leadership conference, Founders' Day, and much, much more!
I have always been an advocate of student voice, and want to support student agency. I've already had lots of students approach me with ideas that they have to make our school even better and I look forward to working with them on those projects. I hope to share more about this in the coming weeks.
