Online Ordering
Frederick Irwin uses Flexischools, an easy-to-use online ordering system. To create an account, you can follow the instructions on the below video and then download the mobile app via Google play or the App store.
Please note that Smartriders can be linked to Flexischools for easy payment.
- Create a Flexischools account
- Create student profile
- Add Smartrider details to 'Student Number' section. There is an option to set the daily limit at this point.
As long as the number has been entered correctly, students should be able to order from the Canteen using their Smartrider card.

Primary students can purchase LUNCH orders through the online ordering system while Secondary students can purchase using the online systems or EFTPOS.
Please note: The cut-off time for online orders is 8.00am daily.
Primary parents: Please ensure you enter you child’s classroom code correctly through the online system (i.e. PM2, 4H1)
Secondary Orders
Secondary students can purchase food and drink during recess and lunch directly from the Canteen using EFTPOS. Access the menu below.
