Year 5 Author Talk (Meadow Springs)

Year 5 were lucky enough to be part of a national Author Talk that was live streamed to schools throughout the country.
Author of book My Place, Nadia Wheatley, spoke to the students about the story and it's inspiration along with the focus on the history of Australia and in particular our First Nations people.
The students loved listening to her talk and answer questions about the story and writing in general. What an amazing experience!
