At Frederick Irwin Anglican School, several of our students are supported through the TSH Outpost School Support Program. This program provides personalised assistance in areas such as listening, language, speech, social and emotional development, occupational therapy and academic learning, all while encouraging each child’s independence.

To raise awareness of the wonderful work that TSH does in the Western Australian community, we invited all staff and students to take part in Loud Shirt Day on Tuesday 21 October last week.

Students and staff wore their loudest, brightest or most colourful shirt to school - it was such a great and vibrant display of support!

Some of our students also participated in related activities on the day including reading 'Oliver Gets Hearing Aids' by M Riski and N Klakow, crafting paper people wearing loud shirts and learning how to sign "manners" words such as please, thank you, excuse and sorry, using Auslan.

Well done, FIAS!
