Two student-produced films from Frederick Irwin Anglican School have been officially selected for the @rocktheboatfilmfestival 2025!
Found You, created during the Performing Arts Camp, and Eat You Alive, produced as part of the Year 12 General Media course, will both be screened at this year’s festival. These projects showcase the creativity, dedication, and storytelling talents of our students.
A special congratulations goes to Samantha Hart, Holly McNear, Jean Kinsey, and Sophie Harvey, who were heavily involved in the production of both films. Their hard work in script development, directing, cinematography, editing, and performance has been recognised on a broader stage, and this opportunity highlights the strength of student voices in filmmaking.
Tickets for the festival screenings are now available, and the full program can be viewed online. We encourage our school community to show their support by attending and celebrating the achievements of our young filmmakers.
