Our Year 7 students collaborated in teams to design and build various types of catapults, testing their effectiveness through a siege on the Castle of Scramble to rescue Princess Nowhere from the villain Egg Fu.
The challenge required precision and strategy, as the goal was to eliminate Egg Fu without harming the Princess.
Following the attack, students conducted a scientific investigation to determine which catapult design offered the greatest mechanical advantage and was best suited for future conquests.
