Year 5 student, Aria Gupta's highest level of achievement this year came during a one-month scholarship at the prestigious Elianers Tennis Academy in Valencia, Spain. Training in demanding 40-hour weeks under extreme summer conditions.
Aria competed in three Spanish National U12 tournaments while proudly competing under the Australian flag as part of her international scholarship. Although this opportunity was privately awarded and not through Tennis Australia, Aria earned her place entirely on merit. Competing against some of Spain's best junior players.
She achieved outstanding results, finishing Runner-Up Girls U12 at the XIII Open Nacional Vila de Almussafes and reaching the semi-finals of two additional tournaments.
