Congratulations and well done to Year 4 student, Aria Gupta, for her hard work and perseverance over the last few months of her Tennis career!
Aria:
- Won the Great Southern Region Singles G U12 Regional Talent Series in April 2025. This series has successfully conducted eight tournaments across seven regions in WA, engaging 104 boys and girls aged 12 and under.
Each region Champions Boy's and Girl's categories, earned an invitation to participate in a two day Talent Identification Camp at the State Tennis Centre.
Aria was the winner for the Great Southern Region and got to attend the camp training and meeting up with pro-Australian tennis players. - Was selected for the 2025 State Super's 10 Girls team. Aria has been selected for the State Super10's programme, which includes the top 16 boys and girls under 10 in the State, chosen by Tennis West.
Aria will train for six weeks with State and National coaches every Saturday at the State Tennis Centre and will now compete in a qualifying tournament held in August playing for the top three position to qualify to go for the Super10's National Tournament held in Adelaide in October. - Was the Winner of the GS U12 Singles and Doubles 2025 OC CBC Green CBH Country Championships (Winner Girls Under 12 Singles and Doubles)
- Competed in the 2025 J250 CBC Green Preston Street IGA Hensman Junior Championships. (GU12 Doubles Runners Up)
