First Place in the Battle of the Bands

Congratulations to Frederick Irwin Anglican School band LunaManu won first place in City of Mandurah Battle of the Bands Competition towards the end of 2023.
They played two covers and two originals by 2023 Year 12 student, Lachie Dods, and The Band won $1000 cash and a recording session in a studio.
Mayor Rhys Williams and Mrs Tracey Gray were happy to pose for a photo with the winning students, and all the students and parents were so grateful for Mrs Gray's support.
