Well done to our wonderful competitors, managers, coaches and umpire/referees this year who have once again represented Frederick Irwin Anglican School so well.

We congratulate all our students and parents for the hard work, training, early weekend wakeups and weekend commitments, and a special well done to our students who have achieved their 50 and 100 game totals this year.

Thank you to the parents who have sent through some candid photos from our windup afternoons! We love seeing everyone coming together on school grounds, enjoying celebrating trophy winners, a sausage sizzle and some well-earned ice creams.

A BIG thank you as well to Sports Coordinator, Mrs Claire Booker, who has organised everything from start to end of season – you are so appreciated!

The TEAM AWARD goes to the player who best represents all the qualities we like to see in a Frederick Irwin teammate.

This is not always the player with the highest skills.

The qualities we are looking for is someone with great sportsmanship, who always listens and tries really hard to improve and sits on the side-lines and cheers really loudly for their team.

Someone who listens to their coach, respects the umpires, has been enthusiastic at games and training and is friendly and supportive of their other teammates.

This is a special award and we are very proud of the recipients.
