Co-Curricular Winter Sport Update
The winter sports are now all up and running, and although players, coaches and umpires seem to have COVID interruptions every week, all teams and associations are doing their best to keep games running for the kids. Thank you for your ongoing patience and support in these challenging times.
Frederick Irwin Anglican School has nearly 40 teams representing them in the local associations. It is great to see the courts and ovals full in the mornings and afternoons, with teams training hard. The training roster is available to see on SEQTA under the Co-Curricular Portal if you need to check where your child’s team is training every week.
The three winter sports associations do all operate a little differently. If possible, please follow them on Facebook for up to date information, results, fixtures etc or you can find information on their websites. I have summarised here to try and make things easy to follow and find.
