Congratulations to Year 9 Student, Abigail Wilson-Smale, who performed the lead role of Jane Banks in the production of Mary Poppins by the Stray Cats Theatre Company.
She auditioned against several other girls to win the role, rehearsed twice a week for four months up to 12 hours a week, on top of doing her regular five ballroom lessons a week, and completing her normal school work!
She absolutely shone, with her singing several songs, dancing and acting with some seasoned performers. We can't wait to see her perform in other shows!
