Story Dogs at Frederick Irwin
Every Tuesday morning at the Meadow Springs Primary campus, Maki and her dog, Pola (a beautiful Labrador), visit and read with some of our students.
The primary students who participate in the Story Dogs sessions have so much fun, and always leave with a big smile on their face.
The ‘Story Dog’s’ mission is to make reading fun for children, so they become confident lifelong readers.
Thank you, Maki and Pola, for volunteering your time and making our students so happy!
Halls Head students are also looking forward to when their Story Dog sessions can start again, soon.
