High School Netball - Elimination Carnival

Frederick Irwin had one of our three teams continue through to Round 2 of the High School Cup Netball Elimination Day this year. This is where all the winners of the first-day progress through to play each other.
Our Year 7/8 team played four games in a round-robin format. They won the first three games convincingly, however, lost to St Brigid’s in the last game.
As always, the girls represented Frederick Irwin with pride and fantastic sportsmanship. Congratulations to all the players for their determination and enthusiasm given all day in some very wet conditions!!
Thank you also to Jacinta Walker who came as our team umpire and to Mr Maley, Mrs Boonzaaier and Mrs Shaftenaar for driving the players to Fremantle.
