Halls Head Campus - Kindergarten's Butterflies

The Kindergarten students at the Halls Head Campus have been learning about lifecycles through our classroom Monarch butterflies.
They have been very excited to watch eggs hatch, the caterpillars eat a lot of leaves (just like The Very Hungry Caterpillar) and to witness a beautiful butterfly emerge from its chrysalis. It was a bittersweet moment for all when we released 'Sheila' the butterfly into our bush area.
