Bush Tucker Garden Donation

Last month, Halls Head student Markques Collard, and his parents, Lea and Mark Collard, donated a beautiful sign ‘Kaya Wandju’ (Noongar: Hello Welcome) to put in the Bush Tucker garden.
It has been mounted onto the garden wall and it is a wonderful welcome to everyone entering the Halls Head Campus. We are very grateful to the Collards for their generosity to the school.
Lea and Mark are thrilled about the building of knowledge and embedding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in our curriculum.
