Reporting
Parents will be regularly informed about a student’s progress.
Interim Reports are issued at the end of Term 1 for Years 8, 11 and 12, and early in Term 2 for Years 9 and 10.
Full academic reports are issued at the end of Term 2 for Years 8 to 12, and at the end of Term 4 for Years 8 to 11.
Years 11 and 12 students also receive a Statement of Results in Term 4.
Parent Afternoon/Evenings are organised to give parents and teachers the opportunity to meet to discuss student progress.
Years 8, 11 and 12 evenings are held early in Term 2, and Years 9 and 10 evenings are held early in Term 3.
Parents will be informed at any time when it is identified that there is a risk of the student not:
- Completing the subject/course requirements
- Achieving their potential
- Meeting WACE requirements
