Arrangement for Orders
Accompanying this note there will be a booklist for your child’s year group in 2012. Please complete and return the list to the class teacher no later than Friday, 18 November 2011. The booklists will then be forwarded to Wooldridges by the School in class sets from Kindergarten to Year 7 (Wooldridges will not be able to prepare orders unless sent via the School). We do ask however, that should you decide to delete any item from the list, you supply the same item of the same quality to School on the first day of Term 1 2012.
On-line Ordering
If you wish to order on-line please go to www.wooldridges.com.au and click on “School Booklists”, then enter your school code – ZZY1980. Please complete your order by 18 November 2011. If ordering on-line please retain the order list for your records and inform your child’s teacher that you have ordered on-line.
Collection of Books
Book orders are to be collected from the Wooldridges Mandurah Store located in Citygate Business Park, Magenta Terrace, Mandurah. Orders can be collected from Tuesday, 10 January 2012 until Wednesday, 1 February 2012.
Bulky items such as Art Cardex are often sent in sets direct to School. Should any item be missing from your package, there is usually a note inside to explain the reason.

Completion of the List
Wooldridges provide the School with an excellent all year round service. Not only are their prices very competitive with other education suppliers, they will replace any article free of charge if the School is not satisfied with it. They endeavour to provide good quality materials and give a discount to the School which directly provides classroom resources for the students. There is the added benefit that parents do not have to shop around.
If you are unsure about any item or completion of any part of the list, please ask the class teacher to assist you. Please note that some items are for new students only or those students who need items replaced. You will need to delete accordingly. If you require any assistance, the class teacher will be happy to help.
Diaries
Students in Pre Primary to Year 7 will be using a Personalised Frederick Irwin Diary. Theses will be distributed to the students at the beginning of the School year by their Class Teacher.
Portfolios Years 1-7
Students in Years 1 – 7 will require portfolios. The personalised Frederick Irwin Portfolios are only available for purchase through Primary Reception. The cost is added to the Term Fees when you request personally or by writing in your child’s diary.
Students in Years 2 – 7 will be asked to return their 2011 Term 4 portfolio to their new class teacher at the beginning of Term 1, 2012. This will be required as a reference for both the student and teacher during Semester 1.
On the booklist, please cut along the dotted line and retain the bottom section for your information. If ordering on-line retain the whole sheet and inform the teacher.
